Finally, got the green signal from Home Commander to join the Gym and decided to join today (Thursday-Sept-3). I woke up by 5.15 am in the morning and got ready went to the Gym. I was under the illusion that Gyms still open by 5 am. But I was wrong.
I had to bang open the door at 6.15 am and after the initial registration process, started my routine. The instructor came and started showing me some free style exercise. This is where I made blunder One.
I told him that I have gymed before and forgot to mention it was a solid 15 years back. He took my words literally and started off on a very vigorous set of exercises.
After 45 minutes of various exercises, I was fatigued and could not even walk down the stairs. My legs were shivering and my whole body was craning for some rest.
But overall, an amazing experience to have started this initiative and requesting everyone to provide me the support needed to continue this.
Not looking for a six pack but definitely looking for a fitter body (Hopefully).
Will try updating you time and again. As of today I weigh at 86 kilograms and looking to lose at least 8-10 kgs more in the near future.
