Yesterday ended with a lot of pain in most of the spots in the body. Abbbaaaaaaa.
After a few discussions with other veteran gym goers here at office, I decided to follow a particular schedule. The common advice was to concentrate on one set of exercises (either chest, shoulder, abdomen etc) for the day.
Today was abdomen day so I stayed focused on that. There is so much of pain but as the saying goes, "No Gain without Pain"
So far so good and I also got a Partner to Gym along with me. So looks like things might shape out to be good.
